How did you join Logwin?
My journey with Logwin began in 2017, as an Intern at Logwin Indonesia. Based out of the head office in Jakarta, I had the opportunity to work across all departments, gaining valuable insights into the freight forwarding business operations.
After graduating in 2018, I accepted the offer for a full-time opportunity to join the Customs Clearance team in Logwin Indonesia.
And what happened next? What opportunities has Logwin offered you?
My initial responsibilities included customs declaration, customer interface and coordination of deliveries with service providers. Gradually, I was given the opportunity to handle value-added services, further enhancing my skill set. In 2022, I was selected to participate in Logwin’s International Employee Development program, Flourish@Logwin. This enriching experience deepened my knowledge and prepared me for the next phase of my career; especially as I took on my current role as the Outdoor Sales Executive since March 2023.
What makes working at Logwin so exciting for you personally?
What I enjoy the most is the partnership with our customers, close interactions to understand their needs and developing solutions together. Another aspect I value is the balance that Logwin strikes between being an international company with a global presence and yet being people oriented and approachable. It’s a place where you can continuously learn and grow.
Which of the four Logwin attributes – close by, international, professional, and dedicated – do you identify with the most, and why?
Close by. I enjoy working closely with customers and to me, it is important that we are recognized as reliable and supportive partners.

Big things begin with small steps.
Do you have a dream destination that’s still on your bucket list?
Yes, I would love to visit the Kaaba in Mecca one day.
