Do you know how far a pair of jeans has to travel before it gets to the store? This process is more complex than it seems at first glance – and you can actively help make it happen! At Logwin, you’ll be part of an international team and learn what it takes to make sure that the products you see in stores every day actually find their way there. Without logistics, store shelves would remain empty and online shopping, in particular, would simply no longer be possible.

Come join our team! We offer our customers various logistics services. At Logwin, the individual departments in our three business segments Holding (IT, accounting, controlling, engineering), Air + Ocean (international air and sea cargo shipping), and Solutions (industry-specific shipping and logistics concepts) work hand in hand to ensure that our customers’ goods reach their destination on time. A pair of jeans is a good example of how we transport goods – both in Germany and abroad – by truck, by plane, or by ship. At the distribution center, we then store and pick the jeans before they are finally delivered to the individual stores.
Depending on the profession and location, training at Logwin lasts between two to four years and can be completed either in the traditional way, regularly alternating between the company and vocational school, or in longer blocks. Our trainees are always mentored by a trainer. During your training, you will become familiar with different departments, where you will be assisted by additional training supervisors.
