How did you join Logwin?
I started my career at Logwin as a Sales Executive in 2013. I first started a apprenticeship with the German airline Lufthansa Cargo and decided to change to Logwin after graduation because its business units are more diverse as it has various business segments: air freight, sea freight, sales as well as warehousing departments which provides diverse career development opportunities to me.
Today I’m Process Manager and have focused in the last few years on implementing the transport management system CargoWise . I am involved not only in the operational part, but also the Finance as well as Sales – a great opportunity chance to travel around the globe and assist different countries in the implementation.
Which of your tasks do you really enjoy?
I enjoy improving the operation processes which can provide a more efficient way of working to colleagues. I personally also enjoyed implementing the Digital Job File some years ago very much, which not only save storage for the company but also save the trees and the earth!
What opportunities has Logwin offered you?
I wanted to try something new and so I was looking for different opportunities within the company, luckily the regional Process Management team was hiring so I have applied internally and finally got the position. I have the chance to try different things: sales, processes improvements, system implementation i.e. Voucher Workflow, CargoWise etc. Every duty involves communication and interactions with colleagues, which I personally like very much.
I was offered to be part of the International training program Flourish@Logwin in 2016. During the period of the training program, I had the opportunity to rotate in all different departments to have a deep understanding of its daily processes. Besides, we had also travelled to Dubai and Germany to have joint visit with local customers. Those experiences in this program that I have gained were priceless and are very useful for my career development within the company.
