Sales Specialist
(shipping services - air, ocean and rail)
Location: Riga, Latvia

As Sales Specialist you will be responsible for:
Conduct telephone outreach to potential clients and build strong relationships
Achieve sales targets
Work closely with the Sales Representative, providing on-site support.
Create and verify databases, identify new prospects and prepare offers.
Support existing customers in your designated region.
Record activities and prepare reports in the CRM system.

Experience in conducting telephone sales conversations
Willingness to learn about the freight forwarding market, our processes and our service offering
Good command of English
Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
