The role is responsible for developing and growing the client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector.
This role involves building freight forwarding office in Sofia, while also supervising our already established contract logistics operations.

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Defining, recruiting and managing the organisational structure for the freight forwarding team
- Analysing market requirements and adapting sales strategies to maximise growth opportunities
- Actively selling ocean, rail and air freight forwarding services and building long-term partnerships with customers
- Provide customised solutions to meet the specific needs of customers in the logistics and transport sector
- Work closely with the Logistics Operations Manager to ensure efficient execution of activities
- Report regularly to management on sales progress, performance and market trends.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry
- Proven client acquisition and business development skills
- Very good command English language (minimum B2)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Well-versed in all standard MS-Office applications
- Readiness to travel
- Bachelor`s degree in fields such as Management, Marketing, Transportation, Logistics, or related areas.
