Decide online via PC, tablet or smartphone via our bike customer portal whether you want to pick up your bike from us or make one of our three suggested dates for your desired date - we will keep you up to date via SMS or email our driver will announce your arrival 1 hour before arrival. Isn't that flexible enough for you? Then the customer service in our branches is at your side for individual consultation with proposed solutions.

Logwin Bike Logistics stands for the safe transport, careful handling and European wide distribution of bicycles via the Logwin transport network. Our trained personnel deliver mountain bikes, racing bikes, e-bikes, tandems and pedelecs to wholesalers and retailers as well as to end-users. We also undertake value-added services associated with bicycles, provide recipients notification of dispatches when required, and provide returns management. Deliveries at specified times, e.g. outside of shop opening hours, can be arranged according to need.
