Measures to manage the risks from the spread of the Corona Virus (Covid-19 / SARS-CoV-2)

July 1st, 2020

We continue to monitor the spread of the Corona Virus and the related regulatory measures and requirements worldwide. Based on this, Logwin has taken a variety of measures to manage the risks associated with the spread of the Corona Virus.

The safety and health of our employees and the employees of our business partners has top priority. In addition to preventive personal measures, we have also taken comprehensive organizational measures to avoid or minimize the risk of disruption to the logistical and administrative processes. When it comes to the measures, we closely follow the guidelines of the WHO and the Robert Koch Institute.

Our branches operate internationally, albeit with restrictions. In some areas, the persistent infection process can make it difficult to provide the service, which can result in a delay for sea, air and land cargo, rate increases, shortage of cargo space and even the impossibility of providing the service.

Against this background, we work closely with our partners and check the processing of our customers' shipments and orders every day.

We ask for your understanding, should there be any restrictions with our logistic services, that we cannot assume liability for the consequences of this pandemic in view of the given situation.
