Logwin AG propone un reparto de dividendos de 3,50 euros por acción

Publicación de información privilegiada de conformidad con el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) n.º 596/2014 sobre el abuso de mercado (Reglamento sobre el abuso de mercado — MMVO)

Grevenmacher (Luxemburgo) - El Consejo de Administración de Logwin AG ha decidido hoy proponer a la Junta General de Accionistas de 2019, que se celebrará el 10 de abril de 2019, el pago de un dividendo de 3,50 euros por acción correspondiente al Ejercicio fiscal 2018. Este dividendo supone un aumento significativo con respecto al último dividendo, que fue de 2,50 euros para el año 2017.

Siempre que la Junta General de Accionistas apruebe las cuentas anuales y los Estados financieros consolidados de 2018, así como la aplicación de resultados, el pago se efectuará en forma de reparto con cargo al patrimonio neto de Logwin AG y, dentro de este, al denominado «agio». Por lo tanto, el reparto no está sujeto al impuesto de retención de Luxemburgo.
