Logwin receives gold medal in Poland
Grevenmacher (Luxembourg) – Logwin was awarded the gold medal of "Silesia Expo“ for innovative services in the field of national distribution in Poland.
The logistics prize was awarded this year for the first time. The award was presented during the international transport and logistics fair "Logistex 2009", which was held in Sosnowiec near Katowice in southern Poland at the end of April.
"We are delighted at this award", says Robert Müller, Managing Director at Logwin's business segment Road + Rail Eastern Europe. "It is both confirmation and motivation. As a complete service provider we will continue to satisfy our customers with innovative solutions."

Logwin has been present on the Polish market since 1992. The company currently operates 24 sites there with a total of 56,000 square meters of storage and logistics area, certified hazardous materials stores and bonded warehouses. Some 370 employees provide pan-European land transportation as well as worldwide sea freight transports and cross-border rail transportation. Logistical value-added services round off the solutions offered. Customers include companies from the automotive, fashion, wood and paper processing, chemicals and electronics industries.
