Ad hoc: Impairment Charge of 20.0 million euros related to Heppenheim logistics center

Thiel Logistik AG has - after consultations with the Executive Board ("Vorstand") of Microlog Logistics AG - decided to take an impairment charge of 20.0 million euros for its Heppenheim logistics center due to a continued insufficient capacity utilization. The impairment loss will be recognized in the interim results for the third quarter of 2005.
