Ad hoc: Christian Fürstaller has resigned from his management contract
Grevenmacher/Luxemburg - Christian Fürstaller, a member of the Board of Directors and Managing Board of Thiel Logistik AG, has resigned from his management contract with Thiel Logistik AG in order to pursue new professional duties outside the Thiel Group. He will leave the Board of Directors and the Managing Board of the Company as of May 31, 2003. He will continue to advise the Company for a transitional period.
