Logwin sells Swiss service provider for perishable logistics to current management
Grevenmacher (Luxemburg) – The internationally operating logistics service provider Logwin has sold its 100% stake in the Swiss company Logwin Solutions Switzerland AG headquartered in Pratteln near Basel. The new owners are the current board of managers made up of André Bucher, Nino Plozza, Claudio Plozza and Sonja Gautschi. The shares were transferred with the contract signing on 8 June 2010.
Logwin Solutions Switzerland AG employs approximately 120 personnel and within Switzerland offers transportation services as well as warehousing and other Value Added Services for fresh products. Since 2002 Logwin Solutions Switzerland belonged to the Logwin Group.
After the sale, moving forward the company will be again operating under the “FT” brand. The rebranding will be happening as of 1 July 2010.
