Logwin sells land transportation activities in Leibnitz to NUN Overland GmbH
Grevenmacher (Luxembourg) - The international logistics service provider Logwin is repositioning its land transportation activities for Turkey and Greece. Against this background, Logwin Road + Rail Leibnitz GmbH is selling the activities if its site in Leibnitz to NUN Overland GmbH, Leibnitz, with effect from 1 September 2009.
All employees and the existing location are being transferred to NUN Overland GmbH as is the share in the Turkish company. Cooperation with Logwin Solutions Turkey in Istanbul will continue and this will remain a part of the business model in future.
