Logwin distributes original automotive parts in Spain

supplies BMW dealers with original parts.
Grevenmacher (Luxembourg) – So far so (very) good. The global logistics service provider Logwin has now been responsible for distributing original BMW parts on behalf of the car maker in Barcelona and the Catalonia region for a year. The quality of service and reliability has been at a high level ever since the project was launched.
Logwin takes delivery of consignments in its “Dealer Metro Distribution Center” in Barcelona and supplies BMW dealers within a radius of 130 kilometers. Direct deliveries are effected as part of a multi-same-day service, meaning that some dealers are served up to three times at specifically agreed times.
First automotive customer in Spain
Logwin and BMW have been cooperating in the field of parts distribution in Germany for several years. Assuming responsibility for distribution logistics in Barcelona and Catalonia represents a significant step for Logwin, as BMW is the first automotive customer that the company has worked for in Spain. “We are delighted that we have been able to successfully transfer our tried and tested services to a new market”, says Dr. Stephan Freichel, Managing Director Solutions│Sales and Logistics Engineering at Logwin. “The project started in March 2010 and has been running to plan without any hitch ever since.”
Over 20 years of experience
Logwin has been operating on the Iberian Peninsula for more than two decades.
