Cartel accusation by Austrian Federal Competition Authority
Grevenmacher (Luxemburg) – In late February 2010, the Austrian Federal Competition Authority has filed proceedings against more than 40 Austrian logistics companies, including three companies of Logwin group, with the Higher Regional Court in Vienna for alleged breaches of Austrian and EU competition law. The Federal Competition Authority has requested that fines be levied in an amount yet to be specified.
Upon preliminary review, Logwin AG does not agree with the legal analysis made by the Federal Competition Authority and will respond to it within the applicable deadline.
