The company's majority shareholder is DELTON AG, Bad Homburg, through its wholly owned subsidiaryDELTON Vermögensverwaltung AG, Bad Homburg, Germany. On December 31, 2008, DELTON Vermoegensverwaltung AG hold 80.60 percent of the share capital and voting rights of Logwin AG. Since that date Logwin AG has received no further notification of a change in this shareholding.
DELTON AG is a holding company. With its divisions Pharmaceuticals and Logistics, it manages the value-creating investment and entrepreneurial activities of its sole shareholder Stefan Quandt. DELTON does not engage in pure financial investments. The primary focus is on the entrepreneurial perspective guided by the long-term, sustainable development of the selected business segments.
