Annual General Meeting

The invitation inclusive the complete agenda (*pdf, 0.2 mb) of the ordinary annual general meeting was published on March 19, 2009 in the eBundesanzeiger and on March 20, 2009 in the Börsen-Zeitung. Furthermore, the agenda was available on the homepage of Logwin AG since March 19, 2009.

In Luxembourg the complete agenda was published on March 19, 2009 and on March 31, 2009 in the Mémorial – official gazette of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg – as well as in the newspapers Luxemburger Wort and Tageblatt.
