Günter Thiel announced his resignation from all posts
Grevenmacher (Luxembourg) - At yesterday's Board of Directors' meeting, Günter Thiel, (executive) member of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Executive Board of Thiel Logistik AG, announced his resignation from all posts with immediate effect, due to a difference of views on how the Group should be managed. The Board of Directors has unanimously agreed to this step. The Board of Directors unanimously appointed Dr. Klaus Eierhoff (49) as the new CEO, effective April 1, 2003. The Board of Directors will propose to the General Meeting of Thiel Logistik AG on April 9, 2003, that Dr. Eierhoff also be elected (executive) member of the Board of Directors, and that the Board of Directors be authorized to entrust Dr. Eierhoff with the management of the day-to-day business.
