Ad hoc: CFO Schoettel To Leave Thiel

At its meeting today the Board of Directors accepted the request of Rodolphe Schoettel to step down early from the company's Executive Board.

Grevenmacher/Luxemburg - At its meeting today the Board of Directors of Thiel Logistik AG, Grevenmacher (Luxembourg) accepted the request of Rodolphe Schoettel, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), to step down early from the company's Executive Board. Schoettel explained that he was stepping down due to a difference of views on the nature of the collaboration that arose following Delton AG's participation as the new major shareholder at Thiel. Rodolphe Schoettel's departure from the Board was by mutual agreement. He will be leaving on April 30, 2003. Mr. Schoettel had been a member of the Board of Directors of the Delacher Group since 1997, changing to the Board of Directors of Thiel Logistik AG in January 2001. He has been a member of the Executive Board of Thiel Logistik AG since October 2002. A new appointment to the post will be made as soon as possible.
