The History of Logwin AG
The Logwin brand has only been in existence since 2008, but we have been successfully working for our customers for many decades. With the new, shared brand we have clearly signaled our relaunch as an integrated logistics group. The new brand takes up the positive values of our existing brands and transforms them into a sustainable brand concept.

| 1972 | Opening of a branch in Hong Kong is the first step on new continents |

| 1989 | Presence established on all continents through the opening of a branch in Sydney |
| 2000 | Thiel Logistik AG is floated on the stock exchange |
| 2002 | DELTON AG (sole shareholder: Stefan Quandt) is new shareholder |
| 2006 | Launch of the service center organization |
| 2007 | New management and business structure: integrated logistics group with the business segments Solutions, Air + Ocean and Road + Rail |
| 2008 | Rebranding of Thiel Logistik AG to Logwin AG, groupwide introduction of the Logwin brand |
