For this reason, quality assurance, safety and the improvement of its services with regard to their impact on our climate and environment are, in addition to customer satisfaction and the economic goal of profitable growth, the main drivers of our business philosophy and actions. In order to keep the environmental impact as low as possible and in order to reduce it systematically we are constantly improving our operations and processes and focusing on utilizing technical innovation. As professional logistics always demand the highest possible level of efficiency, the economically best solution is also very often the most environmentally friendly one. For Logwin, therefore, economic growth and sustainable climate and environmental protection as well as the conservation of natural resources are not mutually exclusive goals in sustainable economic activity.
The operating companies within our business segments have been certified in accordance with management systems for quality, safety and the environment. Depending on their particular activities, the companies have also been certified in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point with respect to food hygiene) or SQAS (Safety and Quality Assessment Systems). The long-term aim is to establish a uniform corporate management system for quality, safety and environmental protection for all companies belonging to Logwin AG. Companies in the Logwin Group observe the relevant legal requirements and official provisions and, what is more, often act in many areas on their own initiative. In addition, emergency plans are an elementary part of improving our services for the benefit of the environment.
We constantly promote our employees' sense of responsibility for quality, safety and the environment. Our employees in the business segments Solutions and Air + Ocean, as well as Shared Services and the holding company are committed to protecting nature and the climate. Any weaknesses are eradicated in the course of various projects and measures that also include regular internal audits, and operational quality continues to be improved in all areas of activity.

We therefore develop individually tailored processes customer-specific contract logistics for our customers that are not just more efficient but which make more sense from an ecological point of view.
