The Management of Logwin AG
According to Luxembourg company law and Logwin AG’s company statutes, the Board of Directors is the Group’s control committee. It is elected at the Annual General Meeting of the company and its tenure lasts a maximum of six years.
The Board of Directors has imposed upon itself rules of procedure that control its tasks and mode of operation. The Board of Directors consists of non-executive and executive members. The Executive Committee is responsible for operating tasks.

Board of Directors Committees
The rules of procedure for the Board of Directors provide for the creation of committees. Tasks and responsibilities are in compliance with the requirements of the German Corporate Governance Code. The Board of Directors has formed an Audit Committee and an Appointments & Remuneration Committee. These committees fulfill the functions delegated to them by the rules of procedure in the name and on behalf of the Board of Directors.
